How does it work?

Week 1 | BaselineIn the first week you will put on your continuous glucose monitor (we send it to you by mail), you start logging your food, mood, exercise and sleep, and just go about your usual routine. This is the calibration part to understanding your baseline.

Week 2 | DiversifyIn the second week you will continue to wear the continuous glucose monitor and log your diet, though we will prompt you to diversify your foods and exercises. This is how we help you optimize your diet and find out what works best for you.

Week 3 | ResultsIn week three we crunch your data, find foods that produce the best glucose responses for you personally. In an optional debrief we will explain your results. From here on, you are empowered to only eat foods that are best for you personally.

Madelon Bracke
Madelon (PhD) is head of biosciences and provides the scientific base for the program. She translates the latest scientific insights from food, nutrition and the health-research community into insights for you. During the program, she helps you to understand the complicated interplay between your food-response and lifestyle factors. She finds it highly satisfying to support our participants to self-manage their eating and lifestyle habits.

Jim Leseman
Jim (MSc) is program manager and guides you through the program. Helping you to apply the sensor, providing technical support and teaching you how to substitute unhealthy habits with tasty, healthy alternatives. With practical tips & tricks, ‘life hacks’ and insights on energy balance, weight management and other food related topics. Clear combines the best of his work experience and interests: finding out one’s perfect diet based on our algorithm and technology.
